MOU Signing With DOST I And PGLU

JUST HAPPENED: The Department of Science & Technology Region 1 (DOST-1) represented by Regional Director Armando Q. Ganal together with Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Racquel M. Espiritu and Provincial S&T Director Jonathan M. Viernes signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the utilization of Science & Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosk Stations (STARBOOKS) with the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) under the leadership of Honorable Governor Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David with Provincial Information Officer Rowan Joshua E. Dimaculangan.
