A MOA Signing between the DOST-Quezon and Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban VPAA & College Librarian has been held at Lucena City for the request of installation of the DOST STARBOOKS.

STARBOOKS is a Science and Technology Academic and Research Based Openly-Operated KioskS that can be freely used by PKM community and its researchers.

Thank you Dr. Jawili & Mr. Kimwell Alpay for accomodating and granting us the request for STARBOOKS installation.
