Following its 15th anniversary, the 16th STARBOOKS Deployment Officers' Assembly at Acacia Hotel Manila introduced innovations and collaboration strategies. The event featured Mr. Edric C. Calma (Knowledge Channel) discussing community projects, Erovoutika’s Ms. Jeramel Marie Llona and Engr. Dominik Niño on robotics, and a special message from MOST-BARMM Minister MP Baileng S. Mantawil on how STARBOOKS helps Bangsamoro students and teachers overcome unique educational hurdles.

To modernize educational strategies, STARBOOKS launched and discussed the gamified version of S&T learning thru STARBOOKS Whiz App 2.0, a new ALS e-learning module, and an updated educator dashboard. These tools aim to simplify classroom management while making science and technology highly interactive for alternative and mainstream learners.

The agency also updated its communication framework to different regional deployment officers, the rebranding of DOST Infoserbilis into DOST Project ONEOwl for dynamic, system-wide information sharing, and the DOST Multimedia Collection to create a dedicated digital archive for official event media.
