DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute signs a memorandum of agreement with ABS-CBN Foundation to bring science to the people thru DOST-STARBOOKS and Programa Genio.
STARBOOKS and Programa Genio share a mutual advocacy to uplift the state of the Filipino student by providing them free learning resources and tools they need.
