The Department of Science and Technology - Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII) marked the 15th anniversary of STARBOOKS by gathering partners, stakeholders, and regional deployment officers at Acacia Hotel, Alabang, to celebrate the program's journey of expanding access to science and technology information for Filipino learners.

The celebration was led by DOST Undersecretary for Scientific and Technical Services Maridon O. Sahagun together with former DOST Assistant Secretary and National Privacy Commission Commissioner Raymund E. Liboro, whose vision brought STARBOOKS to life in 2011.

The event recognized the invaluable contributions of deployment officers and institutional partners, as well as the winners of the Deployment Officers Video Contest and the STARBOOKS Best Scribe Award. It concluded with a message of gratitude and a renewed commitment to ensuring that quality knowledge remains accessible to every Filipino, especially those in underserved communities.
