STARBOOKS (Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated KioskS) is an information kiosk packed with educational videos, interactive courseware, and publications on DOST-generated technologies.

The DOST-MIMAROPA PSTO-Romblon went to Josefina Fetalino-Malayo Elementary School and showcased the STARBOOKS technology. Thirty-one (31) participants composed of students, teachers, and parents joined the orientation and enjoyed first hand the interactive learning programs in STARBOOKS.
