DOST-STII, DDC, DepEd, Quipper signed MOA for PH 1st Digital Scitech Library

The DOST-STII inks collaboration with the Davao Doctors College, Inc., Quipper, and the Department of Education through a Memorandum of Agreement on Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS (STARBOOKS) last September 26, 2023, at the Davao Doctors College, Inc.
DOST-STARBOOKS is one of the projects of the DOST-STII and it is the first digital science and technology library in the Philippines. It is a stand-alone source of information intended to reach people with limited or no access to information on science and technology resources.
