Daraga Community College (DCOMC) received a major upgrade to its library system through DOST Bicol’s orientation and hands-on training session on Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) at DCOMC’s campus in Salvacion, Daraga, Albay.
More than just improving accessibility, this initiative empowers students and educators with instant access to information, facilitating a more efficient process of research and inquiry.
