The Provincial Science and Technology Office – Surigao del Norte of DOST-Caraga led the installation and deployment of three (3) units of Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS (STARBOOKS) to Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture and Technology (SNCAT) located in Magpayang, Mainit, Surigao del Norte on November 14, 2022.
