The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. 1 (DOST-1) thru the Provincial Science and Technology Office – Ilocos Sur (PSTO-IS) conducted simultaneous activities today in Barangay Nagbettedan of this town as part of the implementation of the Community Empowerment thru Science and Technology (CEST) Program.
