STARBOOKS in Benguet: For better operation of the digital libraries, the DOST-CAR STARBOOKS and PSTO-Benguet staff conducted monitoring and assessment of units to schools in Tublay and Sablan, today, December 2, 2022. Some STARBOOKS units are subjected for updating for the latest version to include additional K-12 and science/research e-learning resources.
