DOST-Bicol Showcases Digital Innovations to NEDA-Bicol for Library Modernization

DOST-Bicol welcomed the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)-Bicol for a benchmarking session on DOST’s digital library and online learning portal.

The session featured the DOST-STII's Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) and an inhouse knowledge management system tool.

With plans to rebuild its library, NEDA-Bicol explored potential digital solutions for knowledge management and information accessibility, aiming to modernize its system by integrating similar innovations.
