In partnership with the Provincial Science and Technology Office-Romblon, the DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute and BPI Foundation turned over three television units, nine tablets, and three routers for STARBOOKS to three Odiongan public schools on 20 March 2025.

This initiative seeks to enhance the learning experience of over 80 special needs students from Odiongan North Central Elementary School, Odiogan South Central Elementary School, and Odiongan National High School by providing them with free science, technology, and innovation (STI) and K-12 learning resources from STARBOOKS.

This initiative is part of BPI Foundation’s “Kasama Lahat sa Pag-unlad” advocacy, which aims to build a sustainable, inclusive, and financially well Philippines. It also supports DOST-STII’s mission of disseminating science, technology, and innovation learning resources through STARBOOKS.

This third round of donations from BPI Foundation, Inc., worth PHP 3.1 million, will enable 40 remote schools across the Philippines to access free, state-of-the-art learning resources.
