DOST-Bicol has deployed the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) at Bicol College in Legazpi City, expanding students' and educators' access to digital science and technology resources.
The deployment included a comprehensive orientation on the softwareβs features, followed by a hands-on session where library administrators and students explored its functionalities.
With STARBOOKS now integrated into the schoolβs library system, students can access a vast collection of science and technology materials, significantly enhancing research and learning opportunities.
